Carol began her insurance career in April 1997 when she joined the Cincinnati Insurance Company. At Cincinnati Insurance, Carol was a Team Assistant II and retired in December 2022. She joined the Schiff Agency in January 2023 as a Customer Service Representative.

Carol works with our Commercial Lines customers, processing filed forms and arranging the proper endorsements and credits. She does the same for our Personal Lines clients but with a specialty in home and auto accounts. She takes great pride in being efficient and accurate.
Carol and her husband Dan, have three grown children Rachel, Ashley & Ryan. She resides in Hamilton, OH and enjoys traveling, spending her free time with family and friends and her new puppy Cooper.
