Since being welcomed to the Schiff Insurance agency in 2017, Lauren has advanced very quickly. After serving as the agency’s File Clerk, she now provides customer support for the Preferred Employee Program.

Lauren works with Cameron Shandersky, Brian Begley and Steve Keller. She administers and services our insureds who are enrolled in a payroll deduction program. She records details of customer contacts, researches answers and/or solutions asked of her by customers as well as the normal routine of handling customer orders, updating policy coverages and overseeing billing and payments. Lauren is also a team player, helping fellow Customer Service Representatives anywhere she’s needed in the agency.
Lauren is a music lover at heart, whether its playing her Violin or listening to artists such as Elton John and Rod Stewart. She enjoys her free time, active in her community through church. Lauren loves spending time with her husband, Bryan, and their beautiful kids, baking cookies or having an all-out Nerf war. She supports her home teams—the Bengals and the Reds—no matter what the outcome.
